Payment is taken securely by card at the time of booking, processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are charged in full. By then it’s not possible to fill the slot. Between 48 hours and 7 days before your session, you’ll be charged 50%. With 7 or more days’ notice, cancellation is free. I understand life happens, and I’ll always try to be flexible where I can.
