Practical Details

Payment & Cancellation

Payment methods

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking via bank transfer (Open Banking) or card payment, processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are charged in full — by then it’s not possible to fill the slot. Between 48 hours and 7 days before your session, you’ll be charged 50%. With 7 or more days’ notice, cancellation is free. I understand life happens, and I’ll always try to be flexible where I can.

Block bookings

Book a block of six sessions for the price of five — one session free. Many clients find that committing to a regular block helps them stay consistent and get more from the process.
